Noted for his recognizably deep voice and incredible physique, famous actor and filmmaker, Vin Diesel has returned to the big screen with the latest film Furious 7 as a sequel to the previous Fast & Furious movies. Having successfully built a reputation as a tough action guy he continues working along the same lines and fascinates his audience with his amazing acting talent!

1. His real name is Mark Sinclair Vincent
He changed his name to Vin Diesel at 17 years old when he worked as a bouncer at a nightclub, called Tunnel, in New York.
2. He has a twin brother
Vin Diesel has a fraternal twin, Paul Vincent.
3. Early Beginnings
He started acting when he, his brother and friends broke into a New York theater to vandalise the place. A woman who worked there caught them and gave them a script and 20$ and agreed to let them go on condition they would join the after school theater program.
4. He is the founder of three production companies
Apart from being a successful actor and film maker Vin Diesel is also the founder of One Race Films, Racetrack Records and Tigon Studios.
5. He is a huge fan of Dungeons & Dragons
The actor is a huge fan of the fantasy tabletop role-playing game Dungeons & Dragons. So much, so that he wrote the foreword for the tribute book ‘30 Years of Adventure: A Celebration of Dungeons & Dragons’.

7. Previous Careers
Before he became an actor, Vin Diesel once worked as a telemarketer selling light bulbs and mechanics tools. Doing that he managed to raise almost $50,000 and made his first feature “Stray” (1997).

He studied English at Hunter College in New York City, but dropped out to take up acting in L.A.
9. He is a father of three
Vin Diesel and model Paloma Jimenez have three children. Daughters Hania, Pauline, who was named in the memory of his deceased friend Paul Walker, and son Vincent Riley. The actor rarely talks about his family life and prefers to keep things private as he has never formally announced their birth.
10. He is a social media star
Did you know Vin Diesel is also a blogger? He regularly posts on his Facebook profile and currently has 87,208,752 followers. Wow.
